How To Apply Online For Jobs In Virtual University

1. Potential candidates should submit their applications online at https://www.vu.edu.pk/Opportunities/Jobs.aspx. The online job application form must contain all necessary information. The application will not be accepted in physical copy.
2. At the time of the interview, candidates with foreign degrees must present the equivalent certificate issued by HEC-Islamabad.
3. Candidates who wish to apply for multiple positions must do so separately.
4. Processing fee of Rs. 3,000 for positions with Pay Scales E-I and E-V and Rs. 1,000 (non-refundable) for all other positions must be paid before the application deadline.
5. Applications with inaccurate or incomplete information or those without an application processing fee won’t be considered.
6. Candidates who are currently employed by government, semi-government, or autonomous bodies must present a “No Objection Certificate (NOC)”.
7. Only individuals who have been shortlisted and are eligible will be contacted for the test or interview.
8. There will be no testing or interview-related expenses covered by TA or DA.

Instructions For Apply In Virtual University

1. The retirement age is 60 years old.
2. Internships, part-time jobs, honorary positions, visits, apprenticeships, and freelancing will not be considered experience. Experience letters can only be issued by the corresponding HR/Registrar Department.
3. The University may, in its sole discretion, conduct a written test for any or all posts when it is deemed necessary.
4. At the time of the interview, candidates must sign an affidavit stating that they do not hold dual citizenship and that, if chosen, they will not continue to hold dual employment in any capacity.
5. In the event of selection or appointment, the candidate(s) must present a medical fitness certificate at the time of joining that has been signed and stamped by the medical superintendent (MS) of any civil or government hospital. Any time an applicant’s eligibility is found to be insufficient or if the candidate provides false or incomplete information, his or her candidacy will be rejected and the position will be terminated immediately.
6. You must complete your application by filling out all required fields and clicking the SUBMIT button at the end before it is deemed submitted.
7. The chosen candidate may be assigned to any Virtual University campus or office throughout Pakistan.
8. As required, applicable tax(s) will be taken out of your monthly salary.
