- Suitable candidates shall be called for test / interview after necessary shortlisting of applications.
- No TA / DA will be admissible to appear for test/ interview.

- Application forms for the positions of Naib Qasid (BS-01) and Frash (BS-01) are also available on the National Heritage & Culture Division, Islamabad, website (www.heritage.pakistan.gov.pk). Within fifteen (15) days of the date of the advertising, their applications must be received by Section Officer (Admn), National Heritage & Culture Division, 4th Floor, Kohsar Block, Islamabad, along with a copy of their CNIC and two recent passport-size pictures on the required format. Applications that aren’t complete or are submitted after the deadline won’t be considered. Please do not include any more documents with your submission.
- The age restriction column indicated above now includes a five-year general age relaxation. Any additional age restrictions will be granted in accordance with Pakistani government regulations.
- Without giving a reason, the National Heritage & Culture Division maintains the right to call off the hiring procedure in part or in whole.
